Kym Ayliffe has over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping, compliance, and data management within the agricultural industry. At Summit Ag, she plays a key role in managing data systems, benchmarking, and admin processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the business. With a background in production supervision and compliance, Kym brings a solid understanding of day-to-day farm operations and the systems that keep them running smoothly.

Hayden Petty is a Griffith-based consultant with nearly a decade of experience in cotton, dryland, and irrigated cropping systems. He began his career as a cotton research agronomist with NSW DPI and has led CRDC trials across the Riverina. A 2024 Future Cotton Leaders Program participant, Hayden brings data-driven, practical advice to growers focused on crop performance, input efficiency, and long-term farm profitability.

Erin Munro is a full-time consultant based in the Coleambally and Narrandera region. With a strong foundation in irrigated cropping systems, she has excelled in managing summer crops and is particularly interested in pasture management. Having started with Summit Ag during her university studies as a scout, Erin brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to her role, supporting growers with tailored agronomic advice.
